To develop and promote programs and services that enhance members’ ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency, promote the preservation of real property rights, position ourselves to explore future opportunities and increase the public awareness of REALTORS® positive roles in their communities.
The Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® (CPAR) is a not-for-profit corporation, 501 (c)(6), that provides membership services to its REALTOR® members. CPAR strives for an excellent member experience and is dedication to member service. The Association provides tools and support for its members, hosts education and professional development courses, conducts Association and Committee meetings, and maintains active involvement within its surrounding communities and governments.
Located in Panama City, Florida, CPAR serves 1,800+ members (REALTORS®, Power Partners, Assistants, and MLS Only) across its 5 counties (Bay, Jackson, Calhoun, Washington, and Holmes), continuing to grow and expand its members.
